The movie Paranormal Activity was apparently filmed for just 11000 over 7 days and it was bought by DreamWorks – Paramount which originally planned to shelve the lowbudget flick and remake it with bigger stars and a much higher.

Paranormal Activity surprisingly frightens more with less scares as odd as that may sound. I dont know how to feel about Paranormal Activity. If the person doesnt seem like a real everyday person Paranormal Activity doesnt pull it off. And this looks like the latter. I love horror films but too many of them rely on either spooky fauxreligious occult crap or arty ie low budget films with a few cheap jump scares.
